Terms and Conditions - Bookings

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course.
Non-refundable payments: All course payments are non-refundable. Please make sure you are able to attend before completing your booking.
Course information: Once your payment has been received, I will email you with all the information you need for your course, including venue details, timings and anything else you need to know before attending.
If you miss a week: If you know that you are unable to attend one of the six course sessions, please don't worry! I will email you the relevant songsheets and video tutorials so that you can practise at home and catch up with the rest of the group.
If the tutor is unwell: If I am unable to teach a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the missed session will be rescheduled, ensuring that you receive the full six weeks of tuition included in your course booking.
Check your spam folder: If you do not receive your course information email, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder. Emails will be sent from info@ukelift.com, so please add this address to your contacts or safe senders list.

By completing your payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these booking terms and understand that course payments are non-refundable.

Deposit: A deposit is required to secure all corporate workshop bookings. The booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Non-refundable deposit: The deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels the workshop. This covers the time and resources reserved for the booking.
Final payment: Any remaining balance must be paid by the agreed payment date after the workshop takes place.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or rearrange a corporate workshop, please contact me as soon as possible. Any arrangements regarding rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
