Teen Ukulele Workshop
Friday, October 30th | 2:30–4:00pm | Ages 12–18
Make music, make friends, be you!
Fancy learning a new skill, discovering some great tunes and having fun along the way? Come and join Danielle Greenwood from Uke Lift Project for a relaxed, friendly ukulele workshop designed just for teenagers!
Whether you're a complete beginner or have picked up a ukulele before, you'll learn how to strum, play chords and get stuck into a few songs. No experience needed — just bring yourself and give it a go!
Danielle is an experienced, fully DBS-checked ukulele teacher and founder of Bristol Ukulele Festival. She'll help you find your rhythm, build your confidence and enjoy making music with others.
Everything is provided! Ukuleles and music are supplied, but feel free to bring your own instrument if you have one. You'll leave with new skills, modern songs to play and beginner songsheets to keep practising at home.
A few things to know:
This workshop is for young people aged 12–18.
No previous musical experience is needed — everyone is welcome!
All ukuleles and music are provided, so there's nothing to buy or bring along.
Teenagers can attend independently — parents and carers do not need to stay for the workshop.
If a young person has additional needs, a parent or carer is very welcome to stay and support them during the workshop at no extra cost.
Come along, try something new, meet other music lovers and discover just how much fun playing the ukulele can be!
